Kaida aluminosilicate fiber blankets are manufactured by spray blowing or centrifugal spinning. Following double-sided needle punching and heat treatment, the fibers are uniformly interwoven, resulting in high tensile strength and zero binder content. The products feature precise dimensions and integrate refractory, thermal insulation, and heat preservation functions, while exhibiting excellent chemical stability. They are widely used in various industries for refractory, thermal insulation, and heat preservation applications.
Kaida alumina fiber blankets contain more than 72% alumina, exhibiting stable chemical properties and excellent high-temperature resistance. These products are widely used in high-temperature applications ranging from 1,250°C to 1,500°C, where they remain free of crystallization and pulverization at elevated temperatures and show no spalling or slagging even under prolonged service.
