Kaida alumina fiber versatile modules are specifically designed to address the challenges of thermal insulation and energy efficiency in high-temperature environments with service temperatures ranging from 1,250°C to 1,400°C. The hot-side surface is entirely constructed from alumina fiber blankets, while the cold-side surface utilizes zirconia-containing fiber blankets.
This product significantly enhances the utilization rate of alumina fiber blankets by fully leveraging traditionally underutilized composite modules on the fire-facing side. Without increasing the overall consumption of alumina fiber blankets, it raises the service temperature of the modules, thereby fully exploiting the inherent advantages of the blankets and extending their service life.
The thickness of the thermally grown alumina layer can be adjusted according to the specific application to meet varying furnace temperature requirements.
