Product Description
Kaida nano-plate is a nanoscale microporous thermal insulation material and, to date, the high-temperature solid insulation material with the best thermal performance. Its surface can be protected with external coverings such as PE shrink film, aluminum foil, or aluminum foil–fiberglass cloth to reduce dust generation, minimize damage, enhance mechanical strength, and prevent moisture-induced degradation.
At low temperatures, the product exhibits a thermal conductivity lower than that of still air; at high temperatures, its insulation performance is 3 to 4 times superior to that of conventional insulation materials.
This product is the ideal material for reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency, making it an outstanding choice for energy-saving applications in kilns.
